Requiring extensive demolition and redevelopment, the F-16 Squadron and Operations Complex is a new 12,000 sq. ft. facility that was created from an existing structure. The interior spaces include an operations center that contains a variety of sophisticated computer and communications systems. The other principal spaces consist of a briefing theater, crew ready rooms, administration, and support facilities, walk-in security vault, and crew training facilities.

The C-130 Operations and Logistics Complex was created from two existing structures and included similar facilites incorporated into the F-16 complex. This 20,000 sq. ft. facility also contains maintenance offices and technical support facilities. Both the F-16 and C-130 Complexes were designed as "smart buildings" and include state of the art communication and computer systems for operation and management.
