Fifteen prototype houses were developed for Mills Construction of Raleigh to provide new homes for some of those affected by Hurricane Floyd. Five houses were designed with screened-in porch and optional carport at 1200 sq. ft. The other ten houses were designed with attached deck and outside storage at 1150 sq. ft. Each house has a unique layout with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, W/D, storage, and lots of windows for ample light and ventilation.
